For a return to be accepted, the product should generally be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.

6. Live Fish & Aquatic Animals
Due to the sensitive nature of live aquatic animals, live fish and other aquatic animals may have separate return or replacement conditions.
Customers should contact us as soon as possible after delivery if there is an issue with a live animal. Clear photo/video evidence may be required for verification.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including products that have been used, damaged through customer negligence, or altered after delivery.
